Development of remote monitoring applications and process information systems

PSDI’s experienced personnel can provide Process Information Management Systems (PIMS) that can organize and optimize the management of process data.

Based on state of the art data exploitation operation the developed PIMS can:

  • Collect and analyze data from a multitude of sources and convert real time data and events into useful information
  • Organize and quickly locate data for business decision optimization
  • Represent visualized information provide a comprehensive view of the operational information with intuitive visual interfaces
  • Perform condition based maintenance, reduce equipment downtime
  • Facilitate accurate knowledge transfer by centralizing information into a single system
  • Identify ways to optimize production and maximize yields with existing resources

PSDI designs and develops a wide range of monitoring solutions that enable the remote supervision of process systems. PSDI has the knowledge and the ability to design web-based solutions that:

  • Integrate on-line and process-based systems with plant-wide connectivity, analysis and web-based visualization components
  • Provide a common web client and reporting environment, user friendly with maximum security and redundancy
  • Apply sophisticated trending, graphical presentation and statistical analysis to the on-line data
  • PSDI is using platforms and tools from a variety of companies (OSISoft, General Electrics, Emerson) according to the project needs in order to result to an optimum and efficient solution
