11th European Space Power Conference, ESPC, Thessaloniki
We are pleased to invite you to the 11th European Space Power Conference (ESPC 2016), which will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, on October 3–7, 2016.
ESPC is organized every two years by the European Space Agency and is a major international conference in the field of power technologies for space applications, bringing together more than 400 participants from industry and research organizations.
ESPC is the forum of choice for anyone interested in all aspects of electrical power for space applications or involved in cutting-edge research on similar topics for terrestrial applications, which in many cases rival those developed for space.
The conference is intended to cover the following three main areas:
- Power Generation, primarily photovoltaic systems, but also other sources such as nuclear systems or electrochemical generators
- Energy Storage, mainly batteries, but also reversible fuel cells
- Power Management and Distribution, including electrical devices and subsystems up to integrated power system structures
